Leading with vision, developing people, and building ministries that impact generations.

Get to Know
Pastor Jacobi Crowley is a committed servant-leader with over 15 years of pastoral leadership experience and a lifelong dedication to ministry. Having been a member of New Life Fellowship Church for over 27 years, he has faithfully grown within the ministry he calls home, transitioning through roles including youth pastor and associate pastor, and currently serving as both Generational Pastor and Executive Pastor.
Throughout his tenure, Pastor Crowley has played a vital role in helping lead and strengthen a thriving, non-denominational church that continues to impact its community through relevant, spirit-led ministry. His leadership is marked by a passion for developing people across all generations, building strong ministry systems, and fostering environments where spiritual growth and practical application intersect.
Pastor Crowley holds a Bachelor's degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, along with a Master's degree and Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Minnesota School of Theology. He is also completing his Doctor of Ministry (DMin), which will be conferred in May 2026 through New Life Bible College and Seminary.
In addition to his pastoral work, he serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization in Southwest Oklahoma, where he leads initiatives focused on youth development, community empowerment, and workforce readiness. He previously directed the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club in Lawton for over five years, and has also served as an educator and coach within the school system.
Pastor Crowley is also a business owner and founder of NextWave Consulting Group, a production and consulting firm that equips churches and organizations to effectively transition into modern ministry through media, strategy, and event production. His work extends into sports consulting, where he mentors student-athletes and families through the college recruiting process.
A published author of four books, Pastor Crowley is passionate about leadership development, ministry growth, and equipping others with practical tools for success. His influence has also reached a broader audience through public speaking engagements, community initiatives, and prior involvement in public office, positioning him as a nationally recognized voice in both ministry and community leadership.
Above all, Pastor Crowley is a devoted husband to his wife, Rashelle Crowley, and a proud father to their two daughters, Naomi and Nyla. His life and ministry are rooted in faith, family, and a calling to serve others with excellence and integrity.
